A Conversation on Race and Privilege - Angela Davis and Jane Elliott
For many of us, much of the race on discourse has devolved significantly. Legislation that was intended to protect vulnerable communities is now used to heighten their vulnerability, such as recent court rulings that thwart support for Black women in business. Two women who have explored issues of race, through an activist and scholarly lens, have come together for an interesting conversation. As you click below, you will hear perspectives from Angela Davis and Jane Elliott. We hope they will provide food for thought and perhaps even a bit of inspiration.

A Conversation on Race and Privilege with Angela Davis and Jane Elliott is the latest installment of the student-led Social Justice Solutions series. Each year, we invite activists, thought leaders, and the community to explore action-oriented strategies to affect social change. This year we are honored to host two luminaries who have long been on the front lines of pushing the national conversation on race and racial justice forward.
