Dear Research Network, Colleagues and Friends,
Thank you for your supportive response to our urgent fundraising. I trust you have enjoyed the Bible Study on social justice and found it to be helpful in your schools and communities.
Some of you may have other faith practices or are unable to engage with a Bible Study on social justice, but you still would like to support this important work. We’ve had requests for opportunities to donate. Thank you for making that request! It means so much that you want to support this work.
I started the Misogynoir to Mishpat (M2M) Research Network toward the end of 2020. Wonderful colleagues at the University of Leeds spoke with and supported me in meetings and by donating their time. The research network has amplified the contributions of African-descended women in religious scholarship and religious leadership through profiles, curating job and paid fellowship opportunities, and blogs with advice on everything from academic writing to preparing your proposal.
We are launching a free membership for a select number of scholars with whom we will network and continue to provide additional support. Your donations and your application to that new community, will support that work.
