Please find attached details of the next two events hosted by the Centre for Black Theology, Regent's Park college. Both will be held on Wednesday 7th May.
In the morning, we will be hosting a symposium on Black Theology, in partnership with friends and colleagues from the US. In the evening, will be a more community orientated event focused on ministry and church, which will be held at New Road Baptist church. Details can be found in the attached.
We are pleased to have such an esteemed group with us on the 7th May. On the previous day, this group will be speaking at King's College London. Details on their event in London, at King's college can be found below:-
“Community in an Age of Uncertainty”
A full day colloquium with Dwight N. Hopkins, Andrea C. White, Raymond Carr and Aaron Grizzell
Engaging with Cone, Barth, Thurman and King, speakers will address the question of what community means in an age of uncertainty from constructive theological, musical, sociological and Womanist perspectives.
